Terms of use

These terms apply to the Bimblepath macOS application and website. By downloading, purchasing, or using Bimblepath, you agree to them.

The product

Bimblepath is single-user planning software for macOS. It stores planning content locally and is provided as a general organization tool, not as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Trial and license

The app includes a 14-day full trial. A purchase grants one person a perpetual license to Bimblepath version 1, including all 1.x updates, with activation on up to three Macs. The license may not be resold, shared, or used to provide access to the app as a service.

Payments

Bimblepath is sold as a one-time, pay-what-you-want purchase with a $29 minimum and $39 suggested price. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payment processing, receipts, applicable taxes, and chargebacks. There is no subscription.

Your data and backups

You are responsible for maintaining suitable backups of data stored on your Mac. Bimblepath provides export access, including after a trial has ended, but cannot restore local data that has been deleted or lost.

Availability and updates

We may fix defects, improve the app, or change supporting services. A perpetual version 1 license does not promise future major versions or compatibility with operating systems released after the supported life of version 1.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bimblepath is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability arising from the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
